These Mōrena mugs are thrown on the wheel and hand glazed. Each mug is unique and slightly different due to the handmade nature of pottery. Mōrena means good morning in te reo Māor i. I had the idea for these mugs while learning te reo, it made sense for me as a visual learner to see these new kupu in my every day life.
