Item Name: Moretti Effetre Stringer - Medium Transparent Grass Green - 2mm - 3mm SKU: 1558022 Description: This Moretti Effetre stringer is a pre-pulled, transparent medium grass g reen soft-glass cane drawn down to a fine working size for precise flame-work decoration. Using stringer lets you add clean, controlled color without overheating your base bead or building unwanted thickness, which is especially useful for crisp linework, veining, striping, and delicate surface accents where you want the transparency to stay bright and luminous. How it is used: Pre-warm the stringer in the far end of the flame to reduce thermal shock. Heat the tip to a small gather, then trail lines onto a warm bead or component. Adjust line thickness by changing your hand speed and the heat in the stringer tip. Use for surface striping, scrollwork, and fine detail before final shaping and annealing.
