Original vintage poster for the 1911 film, Morfinisten (aka The Morphine Takers), by Louis von Kohl starring Lili Beck, Alfred Cohn and Vera Fjelstrup. Early 1900s image of a well- dressed gentleman drug addict holding a needle with a jar of morphine labelled 'poison' and a bottle of alcohol (Canadian whisky?) on the tables.
