Traditionally, Moroccan Mint tea is served sweetened with sugar, although you can always substitute honey, agave, syrup or whatever sweetener you prefer. This tea brews to a golden cup with a smooth mint flavor.Ingredients: Organic green tea and organic spearmint.Each bag makes 1 gallon of Iced Tea.To brew:Put teabag in a gallon container. Pour 180º water over the teabag to cover, steep for 3 minutes then remove the bag. Add cold water to fill the container and stir. Refrigerate. Serve over ice as is or with your choice of sweetener.Iced tea in the refrigerator may turn cloudy. If this should occur, pour a little boiling water into the tea after removal from the refrigerator. Moroccan Mint Iced Tea with Berries1/3 cup blueberries1/3 cup blackberries1-1/2 tsp simple syrup1 1/4 cup Moroccan Mint Iced TeaiceIn a cocktail shaker muddle blueberries and blackberries. When berries are pulverized, add the simple syrup and Moroccan Mint tea. Shake or stir. Strain into an ice filled glass.
