The Story: A lone surfer walks back up the beach at Imsouane in Morocco, Africa's longest righthand wave. I came to shoot the waves, however what I found far more captivating was the scene of the long walk back up the beach to the point where the surfers get into the water to take their ride deep into the bay. The bay is surrounded by beautiful redish rocks, which at sunset turned pink and orange. These colors were reflected on the wet sand below as if it were a mirror. {Shot on Nikon D850 with Zeiss 50mm lens} This image is printed on heavyweight museum-grade archival Hahnemühle Cotton rag photo paper with archival pigment inks.
