Sanding shouldn't suck... After half a year of revisions, we've finally landed on the Hyperflex Tip. One of the biggest complaints with our original tips was that they'd get crushed in the bottom of a toolbox. We tried solving that with our long-life tip, but it ended up being a bit too thick and mostly sanded the apex of the corner. Over the last 6 months we've been sending different versions out to customers to trial, making changes, and refining the design. We now feel comfortable releasing them for sale. The Hyperflex Tip: Won't get crushed in your toolbox Won't break if you accidentally whack your sander on the ground Lasts at least 5x longer under normal sanding conditions Still conforms properly to the corner (actually better) Doesn't completely fail once worn like the original tips It's taken a lot longer than expected to get right, but we think the end result is worth it. More durability, longer life, and less downtime changing tips. Features 2x Faster Less Work Fool Proof Sharper Apex
