Tuttu means everything in Sicilian. For Dario at Il Mortellito, it is a wine of origins, made with the old idea that a vineyard did not need to be only one grape. Nero d’Avola is t he main part, with other local grapes completing the picture. It is a tribute to farmers who used everything they had because the land was their whole world.
