Organise the jars of ingredients — the finest goods belong up top, with numbers running left to right. Easier said than done! Over the game, each player fills their own three-row shelf board with jars drawn from the round's selection. A jar's lid colour decides which shelf it can sit on, and the numbers in each row must ascend. Magical kittens and special jars grant small but useful advantages along the way, while matching ingredients, complete rows, scrolls and badges all score at the end. Simple rules, but never a dull moment — and there's plenty of replayability built in. The shelf boards are double-sided with alternative scoring layouts, and once you know the ropes, the small scoring scrolls swap in for a more advanced game with variable ingredient scoring.
