Original vintage double sided Soviet travel poster for the Moscow Metro named after L.M. Kaganovich featuring a city map showing the streets and ring road with the Moscow River and marking the underground stations with the Sokolnicheskaya line in black connecting Sokolniki to Park Kultury and Kievsky railway station, the reverse details the rules for using the Metro with photos of the stations and information on the trains and escalators, description of each station on the line and connecting buses and trams. Formerly called Kirovsko-Frunzenskaya the Sokolnicheskaya line was the first line of the Moscow Metro when it opened in 1935 (now marked in red and numbered Line 1 on Moscow Metro maps).
