Product Description Motion Control have a plastic shell underneath and a thick cushioned top. There is a heel cup to cradle, support and cushion your heels. There is also a cushioned metatarsal insert so your forefoot is also supported. The plastic sheet construction ensures that the supports do not compress quickly, which can be an issue with other supports. Fitting The Motion Control inserts are quite thick and wide, so only suitable for footwear with a good amount of room, such as a trainer, hiking shoes or wellington boots. They have trim lines underneath so can be adjusted to fit into the footwear.
