Take your strength training to the next level with the MotionGrey Olympic Hex Trap Bar. Built with durable steel construction and a balanced hexagonal frame, this trap bar is ideal for deadlifts, shrugs, farmer carries, and power training workouts at home or in the gym. The ergonomic neutral-grip design helps reduce pressure on the lower back compared to traditional straight barbells, making it a great option for both beginners and experienced lifters. The knurled handles provide a secure and comfortable grip during heavy lifts, while the open hex frame allows for better balance, posture, and lifting control. Designed for Olympic weight plates, this 140cm trap bar supports versatile full-body workouts focused on strength, power, and muscle development. Show more
