Mount Gay Silver comes from the Mount Gay distillery in Barbados, one of the rum-producing houses on the island working within the country's long-established sugar cane tradition. Bottled at 40% ABV, it sits in Mount Gay's range as a clean, versatile expression of Barbadian rum, distilled and blended for immediate drinking rather than extended cask ageing. On board it works best served cool, around 16-18°C, either neat over ice or as the backbone of classic rum cocktails.
