This is a SINGLE UNIT and includes one complete mounting bracket. 2-Banger River Quivers requir e 2 brackets, 4-Banger River Quivers require 4 brackets total. The Standard Mount Bracket keeps your River Quiver fly rod holder attached to your rack.
