Our farm-grown whole leaf and tender tips of Mountain Mint. Deliciously aromatic, cooling and uplifting. Helps to clear congestion and settle the mind. Recommended brewing: 1-2tbs per 8oz water. Hand crush tea, add to a steeping vessel, pour 190-200 degree water over, steep *covered* for about 2-5 minutes. Strain and enjoy!
