Shipping:Our products are package with care in order to make their safe travels to our customers. We will ship all pre-cut layers packaged together. The pre-cut layers will arrive unglued to ensure easy customization, painting or staining. If you receive a damaged layer, please provide a photo of the item and a new layer of the same size will be sent directly to you to ensure you can complete your project. Orders are filled in 3-5 business days, subject to quantities ordered. Seven layers make up this design.
