On the palat e: Tri-colored cracked pepper, ripe raspberry, fig newton and star anise with abright, lengthy finish. Winemaking: Fermented on the skins for 20 days with MLF fermentation in 3 rd fill American Oak barrels.Egg white fined before bottling.
