Featuring a map from 1790, the Antique Cassini Terrestrial White Globe from Mova Globes is unlike any globe you've had before. Generously sized at 8.5", it shows every continent an d ocean with clarity and contrast, and it features lines showing the three voyages of Captain James Cook. The map also shows the young United States - not included on many maps at the time, and excludes Antartica – which Cook did not believe existed. Turning using ambient light, solar cells, and magnets for torque, this magnificent piece is like watching history come to life. 8.5 inch diameter 1 year manufacturer's warranty No batteries or cord needed Show more
