MPAK-S (Modular Placard Administration Kangaroo - Scalable): The new MPAK-S is a revival of an old CPGear favourite and part of our new STRIKE SUITE family of products. Designed for individuals whose effectiveness on the battlefield is dependent on their ability to rapidly plan and coordinate operations while mobile, the mission of the MPAK-S is to provide the end user the ultimate platform for organizing and carrying tactical administration items. The various accessories shown below are all compatible with the MPAK. All the components shown below can also be purchased separately in our store: Description The inclusion of a hook fastener field on the back gives the MPAK-S rapid scalability associated with industry standard hook and loop based placards / chest rigs. On the front, three rows of six column MOLLE webbing is topped by a field of loop fastener to accept a nametape or patches (up to 2" tall) and to affix the removable elastic top strap. The MPAK-S features cross compatible user serviceable buckles and can be carried by a variety of industry standard harnesses. The MPAK-S can also be mounted to MOLLE platforms outfitted with our MOLLE to Loop Placard Adapter kit and to frag vests using our Fragmentation Vest Adapter Kit. The exterior is rounded out by an elastic loop to secure a glow stick and the option to hang small items like a tourniquet below - using tensioned shock cord passed through the drainage grommets. The interior features an organizer with a generous flat pocket to stash paper orders, aide-memoires, and map stencils. A gusseted pocket sized to hold a 6" protractor and notebooks as large as the Rite in the Rain No. 980, is faced with a loop fastener field which you can attach our Detachable Hook-Backed Accessories. Two generic writing implement pockets are flanked by a form fitting pocket to accept a Staedtler case with the lid removed to allow quick and effortless withdrawal and replacement of your map pens. An elastic webbing strap spans the width of the organizer to help prevent items not immediately stowed from falling onto the shelf or out of the placard. The shelf angle can be adjusted and is covered in a loop field which can accept any of our standard Detachable Hook-Backed Accessories. However, the following accessories are specifically designed for the MPAK-S shelf: MPAK-S Leader Folding Vinyl Map Insert: This removable vinyl insert folds in half to fit in the shelf but is sized for standard 8.5x11" paper. Not designed for using with permanent marker. MPAK-S Lexan Mission Envelope: Sized to fill the shelf, the Lexan mission envelope is appropriate for marking with map pens. You can use permanent marker directly on the envelope. MPAK-S Shelf Rigid Insert: To add additional rigidity to the shelf (for a harder writing surface).
