Bears In The Woods is a strip-pieced quilt pattern from Mountainpeek Creations™, designed by Kari Nichols. Ten fabrics are chosen in a run from lightest to darkest and joined into color bands that are subcut into strips, giving the finished quilt a graded forest-light effect. Wool bears are then fused and appliquéd on top, and the darkest fabric supplies the narrow accent strips and the border.
