Dream Away is a strip-pieced quilt pattern from Mountainpeek Creations™, designed by Kari Nichols. Eleven fabrics are chosen in a run from lightest to darkest and chain pieced into sixteen graduated columns, each column ending in a different length of the darkest fabric so the colour shifts across the quilt. Narrow sashing strips separate the columns, and fusible-web stencils are appliquéd over the top. If you enjoy working with a colour gradient, this one is built around it.
