The Okuma MPS45A DC power supply module excels in stable, efficient, and maintenance-free operation. Part of the MSC products range, the MPS45A is utilized with numerous motion control systems. Its composition includes a power board, control boards, terminal blocks, an insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT), a radiation fin and two cooling fans. Due to its power regeneration feature, the MPS45A supplies power to attached MIV units, facilitated by a converter link creating communication between the MPS and MIV modules. To control system temperature, two cooling fans operate at 24 VDC power. It's crucial to note that the MPS module isn't waterproof, hence demanding secure installation.
