The sizes are a little skewed in terms of what most people would reasonably consider small, medium and large. For an everyday packer with not too big of a bulge, size small is a good choice. The medium is great for those who want more to show off! Wash with unscented soap and rise well; allow to air dry. If the TPE material feels tacky, it can be powdered with cornstarch.
