For wounds, burns, cellulitis, skin ulcers, diabetic wounds and bed sores Clean wound with saline water or iodine. Apply a layer of M.R. SKIN HEALING CREAM Sprinkle a layer of M.R. WOUND POWDER. Cover with saran wrap and then gauze. If wound shows signs of festering - e.g. pimples under the skin, or saran wrap is very itchy for the patient, omit the saran wrap and cover with cotton gauze only. Dressing should be changed every 24-48 hours. For a burn from St. Moritz spray, wash with soap and water and rinse well. Repeat 5-6 times and only thereafter apply dressing. For face wounds and other rashes which are difficult to cover, apply only M.R. SKIN HEALING CREAM and leave uncovered. Reapply every 2 hours in acute condition, otherwise 3-4 times daily. For haemorrhoids apply after every bathroom use. Put cream and powder on a cotton gauze and apply to affected area. As a precaution for children against staph infection or impetigo, apply cream inside nose area, where infection usually begins. BE CAREFUL NOT TO BLOCK THE AIR PASSAGE WHEN APPLYING CREAM.
