We recommend pairing this delightful gin with a slice of dehydrated or fresh green apple as a garnish, and premium Mediterranean tonic over plenty of ice.GINIVERSITY SMOKED HEMP GIN We tinkered away with trials for quite some time to uncover the secret ingredient for the ultimate smoked gin, but we found it - locally sourced Margaret River Hemp.The hemp seed, sourced from Margaret River Hemp Company, adds a creamy finish to this gin that makes it incredibly smooth to sip. We’ve then used a delicate smoking process to elevate the gin and add a level of complexity that makes it just the right amount of interesting. Toasted sesame and sweet orange have also been added to balance the palate and round out the gin.We recommend you pair this innovative and complex gin with a slice of white grapefruit, chilli or a bay leaf with a splash of premium Indian tonic over ice. It is also an excellent addition to a Bloody Mary style cocktail. GINIVERSITY BARREL AGED GIN Our Barrel Aged Gin is handcrafted in small batches. Each release spends time in Margaret River French Oak Shiraz wine barrels, allowing it to develop a stunning red hue that varies slightly from batch to batch.This rich gin is layered with notes of red fruits and spice, finishing with residual sweetness. Botanicals featured include juniper, coriander, cardamom, angelica and citrus. We source freshly emptied shiraz wine casks from some of Margaret River’s best wineries, and take delivery of these unsulphered casks on the day they are emptied.We recommend you pair this bold gin with a slice of dehydrated or fresh orange and a dash of premium Indian tonic over plenty of ice. 3 x 100 mL bottles per gift pack
