The MR Puffer Twin combines elements of the 1980 Retro Pro and Flying Fish models. The Puffer Twin will turn summer slop into a ton of fun! The aim of this model was to combine the floatation, paddle power and glide characteristics with high-performance features, resulting in a small wave performance board. The outline is a semi-traditional fish shape with a slightly more refined nose and with volume carried forward, finishing in a small beak nose. The rocker is low overall providing lots of drive, glide over fatter sections of the wave and paddle power. The tail rocker is lifted a little more than a traditional fish shape to keep it loose and lively. A single to double concave with an accentuated V through the tail increases rail to rail responsiveness and makes it easy to push through turns. The Puffer Twin retains the classic wing swallow tail which is consistent among all MR twin fin models. This wing swallow tail increases your turning radius and offers the ability to sink the rail easily through turns. Recommended fin setup is FCS2 plugs in a twin fin + stabilizer configuration. This provides the option of riding it as a pure twin fin or adding a stabilizer for a little more hold and drive in bigger surf. NOTE-STOCK MODEL IS CLEAR.
