Moonstruck is a super quick design, knitted in the round from the top down. The stranded colourwork is super simple, so it would make a great first colourwork project for an advanced beginner/intermediate knitter. There are lots of options in the instructions for lengthening both the sleeves and the jumper itself. Also, although it shows wide sleeves, the pattern includes options for a tapered sleeve too.
