SZKJMSK-112A-RA is a semi-automatic winding machine with auto taping function for accurately assembling cylindrical cell cores. The maximum cylindrical cell size can be up to 21700.The separator film is sandwiched between the cathode and anode materials and then rolled up into a cylindrical cell core at constant tension force. This is an ideal tool that provides the reliability and precision to produce high-quality windings of electrode cores. Beware not to change the air cylinder settings by accident. Take extra caution when operating the cutter and motor to avoid possible physical injury! Do not touch the cutter with your hand! Do not put a hand close to the cutter while the equipment is operating! Do not let hands, hair, or clothes get caught in the rolling - clamping - winding assembly! Put up warning signs, and warn other people to stay clear of the equipment.
