MSK-AFA-W500 is a Large Automatic Film Coater designed for producing films up to 500 mm Width x 1000 mm length. One pair of digital micrometers is included for adjusting film thickness up to 5 mm. Film Applicator One doctor-blade Film Applicator with 4 precision rolling wheels for easy moving PEFE baffle plats with slurry guide plates is put inside the frame ( see picture left for details) Standard Width 500 mm Coating thickness accuracy: +/- 5 microns or 10% of film thickness Optional for slot-die coating 500 mm width Slot die coating head is available as the picture left at an extra cost. This coater can be upgraded up to 650 mm width x 2000 mm length slot-die coating.
