MSK-UW-D2000W is a CE Certified ultrasonic metal welder with a touch-screen controller and a fixture on sliding rail. It is designed for welding stacked electrode sheets (Copper & Aluminum) and tabs onto current collectors to prepare Li-ion pouch cells in R&D laboratories.The dual-station configuration enables separation of anode and cathode welding and their welding parameters can be individually set.A fixture can be used to accommodate both pouch cell and tabs for welding and slide left and right.
