MSK-AFA-MC300 is a roll-to-roll, multi-functional coating system designed to support multiple coating head, including slot-die, reverse comma blade (transfer), micro-gravure, doctor blade, slot die + reverse comma blade, slot die + doctor blade, slot die + doctor blade + reverse comma blade. By installing different coating heads, the system offers both continuous and intermittent coating modes. The system accommodates substrates up to 300mm in width with an effective coating width range from 50mm to 260mm. It is compatible with various slurries and substrate materials. Numbers of convection heating oven can be customized upon request to meet specific drying and process requirements. The micro-gravure coating head can be installed independently on the lower cabinent and operated with a different separator web path. Its independent mouting position ensures full compatibility with other coating heads.
