Chardonnay is a variety that can go in many different directions. This one is complex and delicate- but plenty moreish! The fruit comes from Mount Edward's Morrison Vineyard which has been pressed directly into French oak A wine with delicate fruit flavours, some savoury complexity, nuttiness & vanilla, with a soft palate of pith like mineral texture, all underpinned by fine acidity.
