EQ-MTS01 is a Labview Based Temperature Control software tool to allow temp. profile editing, recipe management, data logging, graph plotting of MTI furnaces with YUDIAN 518P, 708P and 808P series controllers. Concise UI design provides easy access to major functional keys (Run, Hold, Stop, Jump Steps), recipe maker, PV & SV display, temp. graph. Quick, accurate temp display and data logging. Easy installation, no registry modifications required. Support for Windows Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 10 (64 bit only) User Friendly Interface Temperature profile editor allows the creation of customized recipes for temp. control over different processes.
