Limited Release: 305 Bottles only This product started one afternoon when in early 2021 our neighbour Mark, came over and said, "We're picking Shiraz tonight, it might be a bit noisy." 24 hours later, our first Shiraz Gin was under way. Mudgee Shiraz grapes, married to a bespoke, spice forward gin recipe. Deep purple colour, flavour dominated by a a spiced quality that comes from the gin botanicals: cassia, juniper & angelica especially, but berry richness from the Shiraz itself. This is the first iteration of a new style for us. After tasting it, we're certain it won't be the last. Our only regrets are that we didn't make it sooner, and that the batch wasn't bigger!
