If your equipment is already boxed and ready for collection, please note this in the 'Special Instructions' section at the Shopping Cart stage. This helps us arrange the appropriate DPD collection service. To enable you to smoothly return any items, we use the DPD Swap-It Service. Please use your REQ/RITM request number as the discount code at checkout to reduce the order to £0.00. A DPD courier will be booked to arrive on the preferred collection date from your original request. If you need to change this date, please contact us at [email protected]. The courier will bring a suitable crate to enable safe and secure packing of all your items which, once packed will be secured with cable ties and the appropriate returns labelling added.
