Background Fabric: 3 1/2 yards Brown Fabric for Shelves: 1 1/4 yards Backing Fabric: 4 1/2 yards Binding Fabric: 5/8 yard Q&A Are the mugs paper pieced? There are 8 mug designs total. 6 of them are traditionally pieced and 2 are paper pieced. You can make your quilt out of any combination of mugs! Please know that I will be releasing videos during that sew along that will walk you though the paper piecing process. It might be a great time to give paper piecing a try! Will Charm Packs (5"x5" Squares) for the mugs? Sorry, they are a bit too small for the blocks. You could use them for a handle for a couple of the mugs, but most of them take larger pieces. I highly recommend a layer cake if you are looking to fussy cut designs.
