CLUSTER PIGMENT TECHNOLOGY Micro pigments* that can easily enter the hair, transition within the cortex to oxidise, bond and lock together to form large colour molecules. CATIONIC TRI PLEX COMPOUND (CTC) CTC is produced by blending plant based (Soy, Wheat and Corn) free-form amino acids in the same proportions to replicate keratin protein.
