Built to a customers specification. A very popular, nice looking safe. The customer asked if we could match a colour scheme to compliment their E-type jaguar. We created a design which painted the exterior in the same colour as the car. The exterior is in a metallic blue to match the customers E-type, and we added a classic pinstripe pattern in gold adding a vintage look. To compliment the design theme, we finished the interior in a sand/tan suede and a couple of glass shelves. The brass Milners plaque was cleaned, polished and we added the red around the manufacturer name as it was done originally. The entire safe will be finished in a matt lacquer. The lock is fully working with its original key. All brass is cleaned and polished to our usual high standards. We believe each safe has its own character, and thats what makes them special. If you purchase one of our safes, its not a NEW safe, they were built without modern tools, you will see imperfections, ie. the hinges are metal on metal (no bearings) so they may squeak and some may scratch some paintwork at the bottom hinge.
