An open weave stiff cotton spine lining and construction material that takes adhesives well. Used for reinforcement of the signatures / sections in the spine of case bindings. The mull sits on the spine of the book block and extends approximately 25mm beyond the edges on both sides. It sits underneath the endpapers to front and back adding strength to the joints and spine. 100% cotton Acid free 500 x 920mm (*sold in units of 50cm cut from a roll 92cm wide - the grain runs parallel to the selvedge edge - one unit is short grain) *Please read information on purchasing cut lengths below.
