A pale, bright salmon pink, it opens with aromas of freshly picked raspberries, cranberry, blood orange and rose petals, with a gentle spice from the Syrah. The palate is dry and flavoursome without ever feeling heavy: juicy red berry and citrus notes glide across a silky texture, finishing crisp, savoury and utterly refreshing. Made from predominantly Shiraz with a touch of Pinot Noir, all from the Moorabool Valley in Geelong, the juice is barrel fermented and aged on full lees for four months.
