The second gen Neon, SRT-4 and PT Cruiser have a issue where high currents are passed through the headlight/turn signal switch. The more often you run your headlights, the more lik ely you will have a melted multi-function switch connector. When the connector is melted, you will have flickering fog lights/headlights. This is the kit to repair that issue.
