This is a donut cutter, designed for polymer clay and printed with a 3D printer. The edges taper to a sharp cutting edge for a cleaner cut. The stamp lines are 2mm offset from the cutting edge and work well with 3mm thick clay. Clay may get stuck in the smaller sizes of this cutter.
