The multi rack is very similar to a squat rack. However when used with a WG Adjustable Bench and Olympic Barbell most other Gym Exercises can be performed Squatting, Benching (Flat , Incline and Decline), Shoulder Pressing, oh and also Bicep Curling (Curling in the Squat Rack 🙄) Comes as standard with 2 Plate storage per side.
