About Nisarga Bio Fungicide Multiplex Nisarga is powered by fungal bio-agent Trichoderma viride which acts as a potential bio-fungicide. Effective on soil borne diseases and suppresses the pathogenic nematode population. Nisarga produces antibiotic substances that kill several plant pathogens or suppress their growth. Multiplex Nisarga Technical Details Technical Name : Trichoderma viride 1.5% w.p / Trichoderma viride 5% L.F (Min. 2x106 CFU/ml for Liquid Based & min. 2x106 CFU /gm for Carrier Based). Mode of Action: Nisarga is a potential fungal bioagent that suppresses pathogenic fungi by means of antibiosis (Suppression by means of secondary metabolites) and competition for nutrients. It secretes Cellulase and Chitinase enzymes and toxic substances such as Gliotoxin, Viridin and Trichodermin which destroy the cell wall of the disease-causing pathogenic fungi or bacteria resulting in suppression of pathogenic load. Multiplex Nisarga Usage & Crops Recommended Crops: Pulses, cereals, potatoes, vegetables, cotton, oilseeds, fruits, field crops, plantation crops, and floriculture. Target Pathogen: Fusarium, Pythium, Rhizoctonia, Phytophthora, Verticillium, Rhizopus, Alternaria and nematodes Target diseases: Root and stem rot, damping off, fungal wilts, blights, leaf spots, downy mildew, and powdery mildew disease etc. Dosage & Method of Application: Liquid based: 1 to 2 L / Acre (Carrier based: 2 to 5 kg) Seed Treatment: Mix 20 gm or 2 to 3 ml in 10ml of water to give proper coating on 1 kg of seed. Soil Application: Mix 2 to 5 kg of Nisarga in 2 MT of FYM & broadcast over one acre before planting. Nursery: 50 g per Sq. mt. Mix 1 kg/ 1 L of Nisarga in 100 L of water and drench it in the nursery bed. Dipping: Mix 100 g or 10 ml of Nisarga in one L of water and dip the roots of seedling in the suspension for 10 to 15 min before transplanting. Drip Irrigation: Apply 1 to 2 Liter of Nisarga/ acre of land through drip irrigation. Frequency of Application: Two to three applications in vegetables and field crops and 4 to 5 applications in lawns/ landscape crops at 2 to 4 weeks interval are recommended.
