Mummers dress outlandishly in a uniform comprising waistcoats, hats, long socks and various bells. They dance and caper about with sticks, bladders and handkerchiefs, and would be comical apart from the brutal ferocity with which they fall upon their victims. Sculpted by Andrew May.
