Rose leads on the nose with chamomile underneath, the citrus comes through clean rather than sharp, and the orris and angelica root give the spirit a rounded weight without weighing it down. Pairs particularly well with elderflower tonic, a slice of pink grapefruit, or simply soda and ice on a warm Brisbane afternoon. Botanicals are split across bag A and bag B, with the juniper and coriander packed separately so you can crack them before adding to the boiler without disturbing the rest of the kit.
