Good food is at the heart of many homes, and that was certainly the case for Lisa and Phil Stratford and their three children, Sophie, Molly and Luke. When Lisa was diagnosed with terminal cancer, the couple decided to put together a lasting legacy for their children - a cook book packed with special moments, memories, handwritten notes and of course, recipes. Lisa, a much-loved mum and one of our treasured Courage on the Catwalk alumni, sadly passed away in 2018.
