Banh Dau Xanh from Dragon Kyanh are little cakes of mung bean flour, sugar and soybean oil from northern Vietnam. The texture is delicate and the flavor is nutty and reminiscent of the inside of a peanut butter cup. Addictively wonderful, they come in small packs and are cubed for savoring each bite.
