This process is designed to retain all of the malt flavour, without imparting any burnt or off flavours. Spraymalts are ideal additions to any recipe, adding extra malt sugars and a delicious malt flavour. Adds extra body and richness to your recipe. Especially useful when brewing American style beers or light beers. Use as a direct replacement for sugar in your brew in the same quantity as the brewing sugar stated on your kit.
