Passing Clouds is Muri’s bright and refreshing sparkling blend with just 0.4% alcohol. It was the first of the iconic Muri range ever made my Murray back in the days when he set up shop. Fermented gooseberries, apples and quince are lifted by green tea and foraged woodruff, coming together in a lively drink with gentle bubbles, crisp fruit and subtle herbal notes. Each element is fermented separately and blended at the final stage to create balance and depth before bottling.
