I designed the Murray's Heavy Hellgrammite to mimic the natural dobsonfly found on many of the smallmouth bass rivers. They are tied with ostrich herl which performs better in the water than marabou. The extra weight of the eye allows you to get your fly deeper to reach those big smallmouth bass hiding. This fly assortment comes in a 6 compartment fly box with the flies labeled so you can easily reorder if needed.
